Alan is 20 years old and he works as a bed tester at a mattress company in Houston. He works very hard, but his company wants him to take breaks during the day, so he takes classes and goes out to party with his friends.

Alan wakes up every weekday at 4:30 a.m. m. He eats breakfast sometimes and then he leaves for work at 8:00 a.m. m. He usually arrives at work around 7:45 a.m. m.; The trip takes more than an hour and the buses are always full of people.

I study clinical psychology in the city of Quito. I love my career, except for the schedule and subjects! Every day I have a hard time getting up and the worst thing is that they don't understand what I feel. I can't understand them, it's hard to understand how I can keep studying so much. The career is important to me because it helps me understand my patients' symptoms and their disorders.

Exam Stress!

Hello friends! I have an exam next week. I take a lot of notes on the topics I should study, It helps to listen to rock music, it's very good for concentrating.

I only take my study breaks once to rest a little. To stop stress I write poems for half an hour.

My study routine is to study from 9 am, then have lunch and finish without breaks until 12 p.m. This schedule helps me a lot to learn better and faster, and helped me pass my exams.

And well friends, I passed with good grades for my hard work.

Whats about you? Do you worry about exams? Are you afraid of studying?
